This Agreement is entered into between Sara Soul (“Company”) and the client (“Client”). By accessing, booking, or purchasing any services, the Client agrees to these terms.

Sara Soul provides emotional, behavioral, parental guidance, family consulting, educational programs, digital content, sessions, workshops, and supportive services (“Services”). Delivered online, in-person, or digitally.
- No Medical Treatment
Services are educational/supportive only—not a substitute for medical or psychological care. Consult professionals as needed.
- No Guaranteed Results
Outcomes vary; no results are guaranteed.
- Client Responsibility
Provide accurate information and participate actively.
- Payment & Refunds
Full payment required in advance. All sales final.
- Cancellations
48-hour notice required. Late cancellations may be forfeited.
- Intellectual Property
All materials remain property of Sara Soul; no sharing/reproduction without permission.
- Confidentiality
Client information kept confidential unless required by law.
- Testimonials
Anonymous feedback may be used for marketing unless declined.
- Limitation of Liability
Liability limited to amount paid for services.
- Force Majeure
Not liable for delays beyond control.
- Governing Law
Laws of Florida, USA.
- Indemnification
Client holds Sara Soul harmless from misuse/false information.
- Termination
Sara Soul may terminate for violations (no refund).
- Modifications
Updates binding; latest version applies.
- Acceptance
Proceeding constitutes binding digital agreement.
